Did you miss the chance to get hype with your class at this years homecoming pepfest? Sadly, homecoming week is gone and over with for another year, but there is still a chance to gain some insight at what the pepfest was like! This year was similar to other years pepfests, the whole school gathered in Packer Gym and participated in the class chants, and gave the freshman some grief, but it was not always that way. Who do we have to thank for that?  Well we sat down with Ms. Malo, Associate Principal at AHS, and asked her a few questions. This is what she had to say, “Austin’s pepfests are better than anywhere else because of we have really good school spirit,” and “the positive relationships admin and students share help make pepfests great.” Another thing she added that makes pepfest the best around is, “the opportunities we have here, are not anywhere else, and that is what makes them great.” Finally, the last thing she shared on the topic is, “the biggest thing that makes the pepfest the best is the students in student council who set up the entire event and really had total control over it, they put hours among hours in, and it would not have happened without them.”
